Python code, now you can see the power of dictionary:

a={}
a={0:0,1:0,2:0,3:0,4:0,5:0,6:0,7:0,8:0,9:0}


b=[2,3,4,5,4,5,6]

for i in range(len(b)):
    for key in a.keys():
        if b[i]==key:
            a[key]=a[key]+1
